From our experience in practice, we have found three aspects of Legal Fees that are of concern to clients :

Our clients can be rest assured that we strive to provide legal services that is of a high quality, efficient and economical to our clients. We charge reasonable fees, and provide clients with a general estimate of costs in advance. As there is sometimes an element of uncertainty in legal matters, there may be unforeseen costs which cannot be determined at the outset of the matter, however clients will always be kept up to date of these costs.

We charge an hourly rate for most matters except for Road Accident Fund claims & certain debt collection matters, where we work on a contingency fee basis.

The contingency fee basis essentially means that no cash will generally need to be outlayed by the Client and if the claim is unsuccessful, no fee will be charged. Should the claim be successful, we will be entitled to a fee of generally 25 % of the amount awarded.
